Big news hit this week. There will be updates on this blog hopefully by the weekend.
For starters, Northeastern University has decided to support my bid for the Murphy-Goode wine job and is offering press releases, a few news stories, and generously gave me an awesome new jacket to celebrate my selection as a Top 50 candidate for "A Really Goode Job." Our Northeastern Co-Op program, by the way, is the 'enabling element' that will allow me to take six months off of school for the Murphy-Goode job if I am lucky enough to be their Wine Country Correspondent.
Second, I have unofficially started a project that will make me a spokesperson/tutorial-techy for an international software firm. I don't want to shed too many details before it's official. I need to swoon them with my video skills in my first online tutorial that should be posted by later tomorrow night. If things work out, it'll be an excellent side-job that will promote a program that I have already used to make my website... and.. this blog...
Stay posted, everyone. Big things are in the works!
